RERCNA reaches out to people of all ages by offering guidance in all areas of retirement planning. Our team of professionals have been carefully selected to cover all areas of the retirement planning — including insurance, estate planning law, CPAs, and investments. We offer academic programs, public and private strategic programs, and industry enrichment programs.

Mark CardozaMark established M. Cardoza Insurance, Inc. in 2011. He holds the designation of CLTC (Certified Long Term Care) specialist and Trusts and Estate Planning, and is also the founder of the Retirement Education Resource Center of North America, Inc and the author of Positioning 4 Retirement.His goal is to help them understand the intricate plans and programs for retirement and to illustrate the importance of positioning these plans to optimize control. In his experience, many people are unaware or do not understand their retirement plan, its function, the components, and how each component responds and reacts with the other parts. Positioning 4 Retirement's objective is to help our society better understand the programs they are working with while directing them to build a healthy retirement portfolio with options and choices to fit their goals.

Vincent SerratoreVincent Serratore is founder and Senior Managing Director of Heritage Wealth Management. He has been serving clients for over 19 years.

Prior to starting Heritage Wealth Management Vincent was a Registered Representative at John Hancock Financial Services where he managed money for individuals and businesses. After a few short years he was promoted to Vice President of Sales at John Hancock Funds in Boston where he was responsible for increasing assets under management throughout the country as well as implementing new marketing and budgeting strategies.

As a graduate of Bryant University with a double major in Economics and International Studies, Vincent uses his economic and financial acumen to benefit not only his clients, but also the community by assisting non-profit organizations and charities in raising funds for their foundations. He has conducted hundreds of seminars for individuals and businesses around the country and has also appeared on national talk radio shows and broadcasts for major investment institutions.

Vincent is the son of retired immigrant parents who currently reside in Norwood, Mass. He lives in Walpole with his wife Denise, a physician with Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, and their children Robert and Alison. Vincent enjoys cooking, exercising and playing golf when he isn’t helping his clients achieve financial independence.

Jack graduated from Bowdoin College with a B.A. degree and received a MBA from Rutgers University. He joined Peck Associates in 1977. Jack has worked with a wide array of business sectors, including manufacturers, retailers, distributors, contractors, nonprofits, as well as service providers (health care, law firms, consultants, insurance agencies, etc.). Services provided include audit and review engagements, along with tax planning and consulting for our corporate and individual clients. Jack is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s (including the Tax and Consulting Sections) and the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s.

In addition to his professional experience, Jack has devoted a substantial amount of his time to community service, including six years on the Lynnfield Personnel Board, four years on the Lynnfield School Committee, three years on his temple’s Board of Trustees (two as Treasurer), and five years as a founder/treasurer of the Lynnfield Educational Trust. Currently, Jack is the Treasurer of The Middlesex Partnerships for Youth, Inc., a nonprofit organization that closely partners with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office to provide prevention and intervention strategies in the matters of health and safety for youth.
